Evening Standard: Tech know – Hear clearly now …TomTom’s Mobile 5 navigation service could be a godsend for Londoners with no sens of direction. It is a tiny satellite navigation system that uses your mobile phone to tell you where you are, and how to get to your destionation via a map on the phone’s screen. It got me across London safe several times. It is also accurate enough to tell which side of the road you’re on and can even talk you through directions via your phone’s speaker…. this could be the perfect London gadget. [28 September, 2005]

The Garmin Streetpilot C310 is one of the best-selling Sat Nav devices in the UK, and its no wonder when you consider the price and the features.
The Garmin iQue 3000 Sat Nav device isn't the best that's ever been released. Despite it's great design and the ability to use an SD card and that it runs Palm OS 5; it doesn't have Bluetooth or Wi-Fi capababilities, it's slow to use and the battery isn't all that great.
